“Thank you for the session which I thought was very successful, I’d like to follow up over the next few weeks making sure our learners develop the confidence to use the data in their communications.”
Thanks again for your input, your enthusiasm and commitment were infectious, a major part of why it all went so well!”
VocalEyes has provided us with the vehicle by which we can genuinely give all learners a ‘voice’ rather than the usual minority that turn up to meetings. VocalEyes provides a dynamic online facility for capturing new ideas, honing them through online debate and systematically determining which ideas have most support.
The VocalEyes platform has been a huge step forward in terms of representation for University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s Students. It gives students accessibility in providing feedback no matter where they are and gives officers an ‘at a glance’ picture of what areas we need to focus on.
Installing a digital platform for tapping into the wisdom of our people has invigorated our learner & staff voice processes. We have identified cost savings and innovations that represent a significant return on investment.
The VocalEyes system is really empowering students – their ideas are being put into action. It shows their opinions and views actually count.
Through the work of Estyn, the Welsh Government and NUS Wales, Learner voice has been placed at the very heart of capturing students’ views within the college. VocalEyes has provided an opportunity for the college to take Learner Voice into a new era.

VocalEyes has revolutionised the way we communicate with our students. It’s really changed and transformed our Learner Voice process. We’ve been delighted with the response.
Using VocalEyes can enhance your decision-making in your organisation and those in authority can effectively hear the voice of those they represent and respond quickly and decisively.

VocalEyes offers a user friendly networking opportunity to all users. In particular, for my students, it can facilitate the development of a supportive community for research, networking, community action and demonstration of community support.
The VocalEyes team have given several training sessions to the Faculty of Business and Management, which has stimulated much discussion and offers another valuable support mechanism for our development.
